Patrick Schärli

Biography

Patrick Schärli is a partner and co-head of the Capital Markets group in Zurich and a member of the Banking and Finance, and Corporate and M&A practice groups. Specialising in capital markets and financial services regulatory matters, Patrick advises issuers and banks who act as underwriters in equity and debt offerings. He is a member of the editorial board of the corporate and capital markets law journal "Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht (GesKR)", and an editor for the online law journal "CapLaw".
