Biography

With over 20 years of experience and a well-established practice in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, M&A and Corporate Transactions, Domingos advises national and international clients on transactional matters, including multi-jurisdictional operations. He is recognized for his strategic insight, personalized client service, and unwavering commitment to the highest standards of quality and excellence. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, investments and divestments, acting for both buyers and sellers, with a particular focus on the mid-cap market and on advising investment funds and management teams. Domingos regularly coordinates cross-border transactions, ensuring strategic and regulatory consistency in complex operations, with significant experience in the technology, infrastructure and life sciences sectors. He also has broad experience in structuring investment vehicles—both regulated and unregulated—working closely with management companies and institutional investors to deliver robust, tailored solutions that meet the specific requirements of each transaction. Domingos advises on private equity and venture capital transactions, including the structuring and negotiation of investments in innovative and high-growth companies. His wide-ranging expertise enables him to provide ongoing support in matters of governance, incentive plans, regulation and the launch of new products across multiple jurisdictions. Domingos is a member of the Executive Committee and currently serves as Managing Partner of CCA, leading the firm with a multidisciplinary, pragmatic, disruptive and innovative approach.
