Biography
Reeba Chacko with over 25 years of experience is a corporate, private equity and mergers and acquisitions law practitioner.
She has experience working with domestic corporates and institutions as also foreign clients and international counsel in structuring private equity deals, domestic and cross border M&A, and in advising clients on regulatory and strategic matters on transactions, acquisition and investment strategies.
She has represented several global private equity funds, as well as Indian corporates in private equity and corporate M&A. Her transactional experience ranges across various sectors including a special focus in real estate and infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, technology, retail and ecommerce, financial services and education.
Reeba is a Senior Partner of the firm in its General Corporate (GC) practice that includes private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and general corporate advisory amongst other specialist practices like Competition, Tax, Real Estate, Employment, Technology practice and Funds. The CAM GC practice comprises about 750 lawyers including over 100 partners across multiple offices of the Firm.
