Sarkis Jebejian
Biography
Sarkis Jebejian is a corporate partner focusing his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and shareholder activism defense. He advises leading private equity sponsors and global companies, including Accenture, Apax Partners, Bain Capital, Eli Lilly, Vista Equity Partners and others, on high-profile, transformative transactions. Recently, Sarkis was part of the team representing a consortium of PIF, Silver Lake and Affinity Partners in the $55 billion take-private of Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA), the largest take-private investment in history. Sarkis has been consistently recognized as a leading M&A practitioner by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 where clients note that he is “…brilliant and easy to work with. He gives sound and pragmatic advice.” He was also featured in the “Directorship 100” list in 2025 by the National Association of Corporate Directors, which recognizes the 100 most influential professionals in the boardroom. Sarkis serves on the Board of Trustees and as Secretary of Carnegie Hall and is a member of the Board of Visitors at Columbia College.
