Biography

For many years, I have worked alongside multinational, multigenerational families as they navigate the intersection of family governance, cross‑border tax, and legacy. The families I work with often have members, businesses, and assets spread across jurisdictions, and the path to consensus is rarely linear. The work is not only about reaching a technical solution that everyone can live with; it is also about the growth, learning, and stronger communication that develop along the way as family members refine their shared purpose. Families with global lives and complex balance sheets come to me when they want one trusted partner to keep everything – legal, financial, operational, and personal – moving in the same direction. As a former international private client lawyer turned family office COO, I now sit on the same side of the table as the families I serve, acting as their chief integrator, problem‑solver, and steady point of contact. For over 20 years, I have helped internationally mobile families, founders, and wealth creators structure, protect, and transition their assets across borders. Today, instead of advising from a distance, I work inside the family enterprise, turning a principal’s vision into clear priorities, actionable plans, and reliable outcomes – whether that involves coordinating advisers across jurisdictions, overseeing major transactions, or quietly resolving the issues that never make it onto a term sheet.
