Biography

Adriane Pacheco is a founding partner of Humberto Sanches e Associados, a boutique law firm in São Paulo, Brazil, focused on private clients. She brings over two decades of experience in wealth and succession planning, with particular emphasis on family and succession law, private international law, real estate, and tax matters related to gifts and estates. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Pacheco maintains a strong academic engagement. She serves as faculty in executive education programs on Wealth Planning, Family Governance and Family Offices at Insper, one of Brazil’s most respected academic institutions, and is regularly invited to speak at conferences and professional forums. She is also the author of numerous publications in Brazil and abroad, covering themes such as family and succession planning, family governance, trusts, and cross-border estate matters.
