Biography
Rasem Kamal is the Managing Partner of Kamal & Associates, a full-service business law firm headquartered in Ramallah, with a strong cross-border practice spanning Palestine, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Middle East. With over two decades of experience, he advises leading regional and international clients on corporate, commercial, and complex cross-border matters, including investments, joint ventures, and governance structures. Rasem is actively engaged in the international legal community. He serves as Co-Chair of the Arab Regional Forum of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. He is a frequent speaker and moderator at global legal conferences, with a particular focus on the role of law in facilitating economic development, regional cooperation, and responsible business practices. In addition to his legal practice, Rasem is deeply committed to fostering professional relationships across jurisdictions and mentoring the next generation of lawyers. His work is driven by a belief in the power of law to build bridges, strengthen institutions, and support sustainable growth.
