Biography

Salma El-Nashar is a Partner, Arbitration & Disputes (MEA) at LPA Law Avocats - Dubai office, where she advises local and international corporations, as well as government entities on complex cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration matters with a focus on real estate, construction, energy, and banking disputes. Salma has acted as counsel and arbitrator in proceedings spanning multiple jurisdictions in the Middle East and North Africa, under the auspices of several arbitral institutions including the ICC, DIAC, LCIA, QICCA, and CRCICA. Her experience also extends to the provision of advice to clients on risk mitigation strategies and dispute avoidance throughout the project lifecycle. She is an RICS Accredited Mediator. She currently serves as the Regional Representative for the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) for the Middle East, and as the Regional Representative for the Association of Young Arbitrators (AYA) for North Africa.
