Gitte Lansner

Biography

Gitte Lansner is partner in the Corporate / M&A department and also part of the Energy & Infrastructure team at Gorrissen Federspiel. Gitte assists a wide range of listed and unlisted companies as well as PE funds and other investors, primarily in connection with the acquisition and sale of companies and minority investments, and other corporate law issues. She thus has extensive experience in both large and medium-sized transactions, both inbound and outbound, and in structured sales processes, W&I insured transactions, platform and add-on acquisitions, etc., notably within Energy/Infrastructure, shipping and IT/Tech.
