Biography

Ilaria Maria Placco is an expert of Corporate, Commercial Law and M&A. She advices domestic and multinational companies, private equity funds and investment banks in domestic and cross-border transactions. She has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating investment agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements across a wide range of industries. She also assists clients in day-to-day corporate and commercial matters. In October 2022, she joined Cappelli RCCD Studio Legale as Partner of the Corporate M&A Practice. She was previously Partner at Gianni & Origoni.
