Biography

Tony Budidjaja is a Senior Partner at Budidjaja International Lawyers based in Jakarta with over twenty-five years of experience in various aspects of Indonesian business law, including complex commercial dispute resolution. He has sat in over 20 domestic and international arbitrations as an arbitrator and over 50 as counsel or co-counsel in arbitration proceedings. He is a Fellow of numerous arbitral organizations, including the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb) and the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (FAIADR). He is currently the Chairman of the Indonesian Academy of Independent Mediators and Arbitrators (MedArbId) and the co-founder of the Indonesia Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
