Legal & Compliance Director – Head of Italy at the AB Volvo Group since 2016. Serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors and of the Supervisory Bodies for the Group’s Italian companies. Before joining Volvo, I spent over ten years in private practice specializing in Contract Law and Regulatory/Competition & Antitrust, with a particular focus on luxury and consumer goods distribution. LL.M. in EU LAW from the Brussels University. Italian-qualified lawyer, admitted to the Milan Bar in 2007. Fluent in English and French. Married, mother of three children (aged 10, 7 and 6). Passionate about the city of Milan, food, the mountains, skiing and swimming.
