Dr. Holger Strnad, LL.M.

Dr. Holger Strnad, LL.M., is Head of Legal Operations for the Multi Domain Solutions Division at HENSOLDT AG. He is responsible for all legal and compliance matters across the division, providing strategic guidance and legal support to its business units and subsidiaries.
In addition to his role at HENSOLDT, Dr. Strnad serves as Managing Director of CYOSS GmbH, where he successfully realigned the company’s operations toward corporate investment management and led initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Previously, he held a range of senior leadership roles at ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH, most notably as General Counsel and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer. In this capacity, he implemented a comprehensive group-wide risk management system, established a global compliance organization, and supported key corporate transformation programs.
Dr. Strnad also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ESG Mobility GmbH and Chairman of the Advisory Boards of the international joint ventures Safeareo Iceforce GbR (Aerosystems) and SPELCO GbR (Defence).
Earlier in his career, he headed the legal department of a Frankfurt-based management consulting firm and previously worked as a management consultant, focusing on organizational design, project management, and legal advisory in the IT sector.
