Rana Sebaly
Biography
Rana Sebaly is a trilingual arbitration lawyer, admitted to practice in both Beirut and New York, with more than 10 years of experience in international arbitration. She has acted in a broad spectrum of arbitrations under major institutional rules including ICC, LCIA, CRCICA, DIAC, ArbitrateAD and ICSID. Her experience spans a range of industries including hospitality, technology, real estate, and energy. Rana has practiced arbitration at leading international law firms in London, Paris, and Dubai. Over the course of her career, Rana has advised sovereigns, multinational corporations, and individuals in cases arising from or seated in various jurisdictions across the Middle East, including the UAE, Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman and Lebanon. She holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies (with distinction) from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., where she earned a certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. She also holds a Master II in International Commercial Law from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris (Paris I), in addition to a Bachelor of Laws (Licence en Droit) and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Université Saint Joseph in Beirut, Lebanon.
