Arush Khanna

Biography

Arush Khanna is a Partner at Numen Law Offices, a multidisciplinary law firm having three offices across India. He specializes in commercial disputes with a strong focus on arbitration, particularly in sectors such as oil and gas, real estate, construction, and insolvency. He currently serves as the Membership Officer of the IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee (YLC) and is a member of the IBA India Working Group. Additionally, he holds the position of Vice-Chair of the Young Members Group (YMG) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, India, and serves on the Steering Committee of the Young MCIA. He was recently appointed as an Ambassador for India by the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), he also serves as the Joint General Secretary of the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF).
