Todd Solomon

Biography

Todd Solomon is a long-time IBA member and is a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, based in its Chicago office. Todd’s practice focuses on compensation and benefits issues, including global incentive and equity compensation, employment agreements, severance agreements, pensions and other retirement plans, global mobility, and fringe benefits and other rewards. Todd is the former co-chair of the IBA’s Global Employment Institute.
