Kara Preedy

Biography

Kara Preedy advises national and international companies in virtually all areas of individual and collective employment law as well as in corporate transactions. She has extensive experience in restructuring and operational changes as well as in the context of high-level exits. Kara also focuses her practice on the design and implementation of working conditions, particularly remuneration models and compliance systems. Kara regularly gives lectures and seminars in Germany and abroad on issues of German and European labor law.
