Biography

After a few years as management consultant at Bain§ Co in London, Philippe has moved to a new consultant's role , helping clients go through restructuring and transformation plans, mostly in Europe. For the last 30 years or so, Philippe has managed hundreds of assignments related to risk analysis, scenario planning, budgeting and tactics, negotiations with unions and upskillling/reskilling or outplacement of impacted employees.
