Magda Dziewguć

Magda Dziewguć is a prominent technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving innovation at global telecommunications and tech giants, including Orange, Plus, and Google. For over a decade, she has led Google Cloud in Poland, where she was instrumental in establishing one of the largest and most significant technological competence centers in Europe.
Beyond her executive leadership, Magda is a highly respected expert in Corporate Governance, digital transformation, and organizational culture. She currently serves as an Independent Member of the Supervisory Boards for two of the region's most influential companies: Bank Pekao S.A. and InPost.
A committed social entrepreneur and activist, Magda is a co-founder of Digital University and the LiderSHE Association in Poland. She is a vocal advocate for women’s professional empowerment and the implementation of corporate mechanisms that support working parents. Through her platform, @mama_pracuje_bo_lubi, she motivates women to integrate motherhood with ambitious personal and professional growth.
A graduate of prestigious institutions in both Poland and the United States, Magda is also an educator and co-author of various leadership programs.
