Biography

Graduate in Law and Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid. She began her career as a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration department at Pérez-Llorca. From 2015 to 2017 she was part of the London office at Pérez-Llorca. In 2019, she joined Bankinter, an Ibex 35 Spanish Bank. At the moment, she heads the Litigation Team and her responsibilities include: (i) coordinating strategy with the Risk Department in matters relating to insolvency proceedings and restructuring plans; (ii) defining strategy as regards the main legal contingencies of the Bank, including class actions; (iii) represent the Bank in judicial proceedings initiated against it; and (iv) analysing legal risks in connection with all king of Bank's initiatives and transactions.
