Biography

Currently I serve as Senior Associate General Counsel at Broadcom for International Software franchise covering EMEA & APJ with 28 years of experience in the New Technologies arena, previously member of the Paris Bar and judge at the Commercial Court of Paris. My mission is to understand the role of digital in the broader economy and how this should be combined with legal constraints; supporting the promise of the application economy requires integrated and coordinated focus across digital technologies and global regulatory topics to create the right environment for business. Managing a team of digital international lawyers means being part of a global team and developing solutions for internal and external partners. As the market evolves, the role and the behaviour of lawyers must adjust to meet the digital transformation. My favorite subject matters are commercial international, litigation, labor law and compliance work, cyber security & data, policy-makers interactions, Corporate Secretary work, all together with the goal of securing the environment of the economic growth. Judge at the Commercial Court of Paris from 2011 to 2015 (international Section - bankruptcy) gave me the opportunity to conduct hearings and draft sentences on commercial and international law. President of Cercle Montesquieu since June 2019
