Biography

Christian Gloger focuses his practice on the formation and operations of U.S. and international private equity, credit, real estate, hedge and hybrid funds. He also advises clients on structuring investment management businesses, including seed capital transactions, compensation arrangements, SEC registration and ongoing regulatory advice. Many of his clients are non-U.S. investment managers that raise capital in the United States or have U.S. operations.
