Biography

Bob Mulhall is a seasoned investment management leader with nearly 20 years of experience spanning product strategy, portfolio solutions, and client experience within the asset management industry. Currently serving as Head of Product – North America at WTW, Bob leads product strategy and innovation, focusing on delivering scalable, client-centric solutions across investment platforms. Prior to WTW, Bob spent more than a decade at State Street Global Advisors, where he played a key role in building and scaling the firm’s model portfolio business. As Chief Operating Officer for Asset Allocation ETF Model Portfolios, he oversaw product development, business strategy, and infrastructure for a rapidly growing platform that expanded to approximately $6 billion in assets. Known for his ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, Bob excels at translating complex investment challenges into practical, growth-oriented solutions. He is a collaborative leader who works cross-functionally across investment, distribution, and technology teams to drive innovation and deliver strong outcomes for clients. Bob holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
