Biography

Jin-Hyuk Jang is a partner at Debevoise & Plimpton and a member of the firm’s Funds/Investment Management Group and Corporate Department. He works out of the firm’s Frankfurt office and offers advice to sponsors and institutional investors on the structuring and regulation of private investment funds across a range of strategies, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and credit. He also advises on European financial regulation and ESG-related matters, including SFDR and CSRD. Mr. Jang is recognized by The Legal 500 for his investment funds and regulatory practice and is a frequent speaker and author on fund-related topics.
