Biography

Divaspati has undertaken various transactions involving structuring and setting up of funds in India and across key global jurisdictions. He has also advised and assisted clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, foreign investment laws and regulatory advisory. His practice primarily focuses on advising Indian and offshore funds managers on structuring and setting up private funds. He is also a core part of the firm’s ESG practice group.
