Biography

John specialises in advising on formation and operation of regulated and unregulated fund structures across mutual funds and illiquid strategies, spanning private equity (including VC), real estate, private credit and impact funds. He also advises on the full spectrum of regulatory issues impacting the asset management sector including: sustainable finance, licensing, segregated mandates, governance requirements, outsourcing, conduct of business issues, product governance and distribution. John is a member of the Invest Europe Legal &Regulatory Committee and its ELTIF 2.0 Working Group.
