Biography

I am a Partner in the Disputes practice at JSA, Advocates & Solicitors – a leading full-service Indian law firm. I am based out of Delhi. I specialise in arbitration, commercial litigation and insolvency-related disputes. I regularly represent multinational corporations, financial institutions and investors in complex, high-value matters before Indian courts and arbitral tribunals, with particular focus on shareholder/ joint venture, infrastructure and energy disputes. In addition to my practice, I serve as the Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of the Young Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (YMCIA) and as a Regional Representative of the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA).
