Mirko Sickinger

Biography

Dr. Mirko Sickinger is a partner in the Cologne office of Heuking. He advises on transactions involving private and listed companies such as private M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, IPOs/reverse IPOs, public takeover bids and PIPE transactions, many of them with cross-border implications. He has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Financing, Corporate and Capital Markets Law. He has been recommended in the fields “Corporate Law” in JUVE 2024/2025. In the German edition of Best Lawyers 2025 he has been recommended in the fields of “Capital Markets Law”, “Corporate Law” as well as “Mergers & Acquisitions”. Additionally, he is “recommended lawyer” by Legal 500 EMEA 2025. He regularly publishes articles and gives presentations in his areas of expertise.
