Biography

Caroline started her career at Lovells (now Hogan-Lovells), then worked at Bird & Bird before being seconded to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations for 15 months between 2010 and 2011 to set up the competitiveness cluster platforms. Then she has been a partner for 9 years at Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats within the corporate department. Caroline specializes in private equity transactions (venture capital, expansion capital, LBO/MBO/OBO, management, package, mezzanine financing), joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and foreign investments. She advises managers, French and foreign companies and investment funds, particularly in the tech and health sectors.
