Biography

Marion has 20 years of corporate finance, strategy and valuation experience and is a court-certified and sworn expert for business valuation and planning. Marion is managing partner of ALEDA Beratungs und Beteiligungs- GmbH, focusing on corporate finance advisory. During her career in consulting (McKinsey), investment banking and investment management, Marion has valued listed and non-listed companies in different industries and advised on complex strategic and financial topics. She worked on IPOs on the Vienna and Ljubljana stock exchanges. Marion is also a member of the supervisory board of E-Control, the Austrian energy regulator.
