Biography

Marion has about 20 years of corporate finance, strategy and valuation experience. She is a court-certified and sworn expert for business valuation and planning. Marion is managing partner of ALEDA Beratungs und Beteiligungs- GmbH. During her career in consulting (McKinsey), investment banking and investment management, Marion has valued listed and non-listed companies in different industries and advised on complex strategic and financial topics. She also worked on IPOs on the Vienna and Ljubljana stock exchanges. Her industry expertise includes the industrial sector, the aviation sector, IT, energy, financial services and start-ups.
