Biography

David is a partner and head of Mason Hayes & Curran’s corporate department. David works in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate establishments, early stage/development capital, venture capital, private equity and corporate finance. David has extensive experience in advising global corporates and international private equity firms on complex merger and acquisition transactions and intra-group restructurings. David graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1988 and received an LL.B. He is an active member of the IBA and the vice-chair of the European Regional Forum.
