Biography

Sneha is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Khaitan & Co's New Delhi office. She regularly advises and represents clients on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes in arbitrations and commercial litigations. Sneha specializes in international and domestic arbitrations (and related litigation and enforcement actions) with a focus on contractual disputes involving emerging technology and technology infrastructure, joint venture and shareholder disputes arising out of various investment scenarios and disputes in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector. Sneha has appeared before various arbitral tribunals - both ad hoc and institutional including under the aegis of the ICC, LCIA , MCIA and DIAC rules. Sneha also regularly advises and represents clients on complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation involving contractual disputes, company litigation, regulatory litigation in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector across various fora such as the Indian Supreme Court, various State High Courts and tribunals.
