Biography

Gaurav’s practice covers Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate Structuring and Restructuring, and General Corporate Commercial matters (including data privacy and white-collar crime investigations). He is a transactional lawyer with over 12 years of experience - representing multinational companies in cross-border transactions, advising on foreign direct investments, and outbound investments. He also advises clients on setting up and day-to-day business operations in India.
