Biography

Catriona Hatton is the partner in charge of Baker Botts’ Brussels office, Co-chair of the firm’s global antitrust group and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She is well known for her work in EU, UK and international merger control, representing clients in some of the largest most complex deals in the market. Catriona is recommended in Chambers Global and Legal 500 Hall of Fame, and is named a Global Elite Thought Leader Antitrust by Who's Who Legal. She is Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association's Antitrust Section and editor of the leading publication on Gun Jumping in Merger Control (Concurrences, 2021)
