Biography

Kim Dietzel is a partner in the London CRT group and co-leads the Competition Litigation practice. Kim advises on all aspects of UK and EU competition law, including strategic consideration across jurisdictions. Kim has particular expertise in competition investigations and litigation before the CMA and European Commission, and in front of the English Courts, the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and the EU courts in Luxembourg. Kim is a qualified solicitor-advocate and advises a range of clients, across the transport, aviation, financial services, consumer goods and tech sectors. She regularly speaks at international conferences and has published extensively on competition issues, including as co-author of the competition class actions chapter in the leading UK class actions textbook.
