Biography

Winfred is a partner at Freshfields LLP based in Amsterdam. His practice spans a broad range of industries, and he represents clients before the European Court of Justice, the General Court, and the Dutch administrative and civil courts. He has extensive experience in high-profile cartel and abuse-of-dominance cases, including matters in the network industries, across Europe. He is also a regular speaker and author on European law and antitrust topics.
