Biography

Matthew is an environmental lawyer, based in South-east Asia, and the Executive Director of the Centre for ESG Law and Practice of the College of Law (Australia). His work revolves around environmental rights, oceans governance and environmental courts and tribunals. He has extensive experience in ASEAN and Australia on environmental governance and the environmental rule of law. He was called to the NSW Bar (Australia) in 1991.
