Biography

Inmaculada García-Colavidas is Regional Counsel at the CRO Syneos Health. She acts as primary legal contact in her region, advising on corporate, contractual, compliance and employment matters in EMEA. She has extensive experience in the industry from both the CRO and the Sponsor side. Prior to Syneos, she held various roles at Synteract, TFS, and Biogen focusing on clinical trial contracting globally, across multiple jurisdictions and phases. Inmaculada was admitted to the Madrid Bar after graduating from ICADE. She holds Master of Laws degrees from Queen Mary School of Law at the University of London and Universidad Carlos III Madrid and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
