Biography

Bob H. Sotiriadis is a Canadian Lawyer specialized in litigation in all areas of industrial and intellectual property law for more than 35 years. He has also developed a widely recognized practice in licensing and transactional intellectual property, including strategic IP management, due diligence and auditing as well as the management and commercialization of intellectual property rights. Bob H. Sotiriadis was called to the Québec Bar in 1984 and is a Certified mediator of the Quebec Institute for Mediation and Arbitration (IMAQ) and a member of IP Neutrals of Canada and the ADR Institute of Canada. Bob H.Sotiriadis is Past Chair of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law section of the IBA. He is consistently ranked as a leading versatile IP practitioner in Canada.
