I am Co-Managing Partner of Olshan, a full-service business law firm in New York. My practice is focused on advertising law, government investigations, and international business matters. Gustavo draws on more than 30 years’ experience to advise domestic and international businesses on Mexican and cross-border transactions, specializing in IP-intensive sectors, franchising, distribution and supply chain. Gustavo holds a JD from Universidad Intercontinental Law School and Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) and completed graduate studies at Fordham University’s School of Law.
