Biography

Paola Ghezzi joined the firm in 1995 and became Partner in 2003. Paola has developed significant expertise in the judicial field as well as in general contractual and commercial consulting matters. She primarily assists international companies from the Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical sectors and provides consulting services on commercial law, distribution agreement, product law, labelling and regulatory issues, product liability disputes and recall campaigns, environmental law issues. Over the years, Paola has assisted manufacturers in various industries (Pharma, F&B, Automotive, electronics) in : - global recall campaigns across UE and non-UE jurisdictions, - several contentious matters concerning alleged defectiveness and hazardousness to human health of different kind of products (drugs, medical devices, electronics, household appliances), - various product safety issues (mandatory information, hazard and safety warning, labelling).
