Biography

With over 25 years of experience in international law, international trade, regulatory matters, and complex dispute resolution, I have built a regulation for strategic problem solving, a focus on results and the ability to successfully manage high-stakes, cross-border matters. I am best known for my work on international trade disputes, and also have experience with investor-State dispute settlement, arbitration and mediation. Based in Geneva and Paris, I also undertake broader trade-related compliance, regulatory and advisory work, particularly in the context of cross-border transactions and where multinational supply chains are involved.
