Eric Jiang
Biography
Mr. Eric Jiang is a Senior Partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, one of the top eight “Red Circle” law firms in China. He is admitted to practise law in All Mainland Provinces/China, New York/USA, and Ontario/Canada. He studied and researched laws for 14 years in reputable law schools within and outside China, receiving LL.B. and M.Jur. from Peking University, LL.M. from Queen’s University, and J.D. from York University. Mr. Jiang was researching and teaching administrative law and other laws at Perking University but has since been practising law for over 20 years. He is known for his practice in crossborder investments, international transactions, customs and international trade, sanctions and export control, crossborder litigation and international arbitration, and regulatory and compliance. Mr. Jiang has published mutiple law books and articles, both in English and in Chinese.
