Caroline Berube is the Managing Partner of HJM Asia Law (with offices in China and Singapore). She is admitted to the New York Bar, the Singapore Bar, holds a BCL (civil law) and an LL.B. (common law) from McGill University in Montreal and studied Chinese law at the National University of Singapore. Caroline has been working in Asia for more than 27 years with SMEs, MNCs and foreign banks, advising them in the field of commercial law, intellectual property, human resources and M&A in the Asia Pacific region. With an extensive presence on the ground in Asia for 27 years. Caroline is well versed in the opportunities and risks associated with most Asian jurisdictions.

Daniela Flores is a partner at EC Rubio, a top full-service law firm in Mexico, in its Corporate M&A and transactional team, where her practice since 15 years ago covers all aspects of corporate law to domestic and international companies, including foreign investment, corporate governance and compliance. She focuses her practice advising foreign clients doing business in Mexico, in corporate, M&A, commercial, real estate matters, and advising as Mexico counsel in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructures. Daniela is admitted to practice law in Mexico, and earned her Master of Laws degree from New York University School of Law in 2014 as a Fulbright alumna.

Mr. Eric Jiang is a Senior Partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, one of the top eight “Red Circle” law firms in China. He is admitted to practise law in All Mainland Provinces/China, New York/USA, and Ontario/Canada. He studied and researched laws for 14 years in reputable law schools within and outside China, receiving LL.B. and M.Jur. from Peking University, LL.M. from Queen’s University, and J.D. from York University. Mr. Jiang was researching and teaching administrative law and other laws at Perking University but has since been practising law for over 20 years. He is known for his practice in crossborder investments, international transactions, customs and international trade, sanctions and export control, crossborder litigation and international arbitration, and regulatory and compliance. Mr. Jiang has published mutiple law books and articles, both in English and in Chinese.

Arno Janssens is the Head of Middle East of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and serves as the Liaison Officer to the Arab Regional Forum. Arno is qualified as an attorney in the State of New York and is recognized for his expertise in international dispute resolution and public international law.

Riccardo is the managing partner of Cajola & Associati, a law firm based in Milan founded in 1966. His practice is focused on cross-border transactional, tax and commercial work, principally in the area of M&A, transactions and JVs. He advises and represents in Court as well on tax challenges regarding intra-group transfer pricing policies. Riccardo serves as president of the supervisory board of Epson Italia spa, as member of the supervisory board of Epson Como Printing Technologies srl, as well as statutory auditor of TCR Italia spa. In addition, he serves as officer of the International Relations Commission of the Milan Bar Association and as vice President of the Italia Singapore Business Council. He is also Bar Issues Commission officer, BIC Policy Committee vice-Chair and co-Chair of the International Commerce and Distribution Committee at the International Bar Association. As well, he serves as Tax Commission President at the Union Internationale Des Avocats. During his career, Riccardo represented clients as Ferrero International SA, Seiko Epson Co., Pearson Plc., Panasonic Italia spa, General Electric Osmonics Inc., Patrick Solvay and Saint Gobain Emballage SA.
