Biography

Roberta has almost 30 years' experience in construction and commercial dispute resolution, including large court and arbitration trials and highly technical disputes regarding power plants, waste water treatment and recycling facilities, process plants, rail and other major infrastructure, telecommunications, urban redevelopments, and automated equipment and control systems. Her practice is diverse: she acts for developers, owners, contractors and manufacturers, focusing on practical and commercial solutions to complex issues and proactive project management to avoid disputes, or to protect her clients' positions should that not be possible. She has extensive experience of mediations, adjudications and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, whatever the project's jurisdiction or location.
