Biography

Ms. Biser is co-chair of Fox Rothschild's national construction law and international arbitration groups and has been recognized by Chambers USA “Leaders in their Field” as one of the nation’s leading construction law attorneys for the last 11 years. She represents owners, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers, both in the U.S. and abroad, in all stages of the construction process, from contract drafting, negotiation, and administration to dispute resolution and litigation. She focuses her practice primarily on large, capital intensive construction projects. She has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts for complex and unique infrastructure projects, and well as in litigating disputes involving same.
