Biography

Julian Bailey is a solicitor and partner at White & Case LLP, London, and is Adjunct Professor of Law at Hamad bin Khalifa University, Doha, Qatar. Mr Bailey is the author of 'Construction Law' (Informa, 2nd ed 2016), and was Chairman of the Society of Construction Law (UK) 2015-2016.
