Antony Edwards-Stuart
Biography
Following 10 years as an officer in the Royal Tank Regiment, Sir Antony Edwards-Stuart started practice as a barrister at Crown Office Chambers in 1978. He was appointed QC in 1991. In 2005 he was elected as Head of Chambers. He was appointed a High Court Judge in 2009 and, from 2013 to 2016, was the Judge in Charge of the Technology & Construction Court. In May 2016 he was awarded the Society of Construction Law President’s Medal for his “outstanding contribution to construction law”. Since 2017 he has been fully occupied as party appointed arbitrator or chairman in several international arbitrations. Antony was educated at RMA Sandhurst and Cambridge. He is married with four children and lives in London and France.
