Biography

Rory is a Senior Partner and is Head of Construction and Engineering, and Co-head of Energy at Mason Hayes & Curran. He has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious construction issues. He advises and represents contractors, developers, engineers, and other construction professionals on all aspects of construction contracts, including FIDIC, IEI, JCT, GCCC, NEC3, RIAI, GDLA, and bespoke forms. Rory has extensive experience of drafting, negotiating and advising on construction / engineering documentation for projects in all major construction sectors, including energy, health services, transport, pharmaceutical, process technology, food, information technology, education, retail and residential. Rory is currently advising on the largest construction project ever undertaken in Ireland and the largest energy infrastructure project ever developed in the country.
