Biography

Mrs. Anyanechi is a leading lawyer in Nigeria with core competence in Banking and Finance, Energy and Natural Resources and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is the Managing Partner of Sefton Fross, a leading law firm in Nigeria. She has vast experience advising clients on financing, licensing, regulatory compliance, joint ventures, acquisitions, debt and equity finance, project development and operations across the energy value chain, and has led teams on some of the biggest and most sophisticated transactions in Nigeria. She is the Chairperson of the Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Reorganisations Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association’s Section on Business Law, and a member of the International Energy Law Advisory Group.
